360networks (News - Alert), a provider of wholesale VoIP communication services, has further expanded its wholesale VoIP footprint by adding 33 new rate centers in Dallas, Texas.

With this latest expansion, 360networks can now provide its full suite of wholesale VoIP services to 1,214 rate centers and now also has the ability to reach over 57 million people in the Western U.S.

``We're excited to bring our suite of wholesale VoIP services to the Dallas metro area. Customers can now take advantage of 360networks' robust yet cost-effective VoIP solutions,'' said Rick Coma, senior vice president of 360networks.

360networks' integrated network architecture spans over 17,200 miles, offering a long haul and metro presence in over 48 markets. The company offers a comprehensive range of infrastructure services to carriers, ISPs, and cable companies, as well as small, medium and large businesses. These services include IP, Private Line, Collocation Services and VoIP.

The wholly owned network was built to support fast, reliable and efficient transport of voice and data services. 360networks' SONET Ring is a fully meshed architecture designed to provide complete redundancy and enable the company to reliably provide a high level of service to its customers. All services are provided through VoIP360, Inc. and 360networks (USA)both wholly owned subsidiaries of 360networks Corporation.

In April, 360networks announced its latest service offering- the VoIP360 Enhanced Two-Way CCS, an ideal solution for service providers, such as MSOs, ISPs, VSPs, CLECs, and other carriers who utilize PRI's for various voice applications.

The Enhanced Two-Way CCS service will provide all the features and functionality of a traditional PRI via a single IP connection and can easily scale on an individual call session basis.

The VoIP360 Enhanced Two-Way CCS supports unlimited Inbound and Outbound Local Calling. Customers have access to rate centers and local numbers across 360networks' entire footprint. Unlike a traditional PRI, there is no geographic restriction to a local market, which allows customers to quickly expand their reach and reduce costs.
