JAJAH Direct PC-Free VoIP Calls Now Available

JAJAH (News - Alert), an innovative phone company, has announced the launch of JAJAH Direct in Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic. This technology is allowing anyone in these regions to make significantly low cost international calls from any phone.

JAJAH Direct does not require a download, headset, special mobile phone, or broadband connection. The solution provides a local number for anyone who wants to call and long distance is no longer required.

This solution from JAJAH has successfully triggered what is considered a revolution in global calling. In fact, 10 million people in America, England and other parts of Europe are already using it to save on their phone calls.

JAJAH offers the ability to combine the savings of an Internet call with the convenience of being able to use a normal phone. Traditionally, VoIP calls were only available with an Internet connection. Now, all consumers in Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic can make low cost, high quality VoIP calls with the JAJAH Direct solution.

Completing low cost international calls has never been quite as cheap or as simple as what they are with this solution. JAJAH Direct is computer-free and has the ability to work on any landline and mobile phone.

The user no longer has to dial a long distance number, sit in front of the computer, or rely on calling cards that run out in the middle of the conversation. The user can simply call a local number and speak to anyone, anywhere in the world.

"For too long people in Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic have suffered under the strain of costly long distance calls. As Slovakians travel and relocate around the world, most people now know people living in other countries. Everyone wants to keep in touch with these friends and family, but until now, not everyone could afford it," said JAJAH co-founder Roman Scharf, in a company statement.

"JAJAH Direct is a solution that works for everyone, not just the techy people. Everyone knows how to use a phone, and now that phone can be used to make low cost long distance calls," he said.

To access JAJAH Direct, first time users simply dial 02-3300680 and enter the number of the person the user wishes to call. The call will then be connected and the participants talk as normal. After the user ends the call, JAJAH will send a SMS text message with the local number for that person so that future calls can be completed by dialing directly.

Users can also go to www.jajah.com, type in a friend's number, and JAJAH will provide the local phone number for that person so that the user can dial a local number and talk to their friend overseas.

While low-cost VoIP calls have been available for some time, companies and other users have sometimes avoided taking advantage of the technology when it is cumbersome to use. JAJAH Direct enables users to leverage this technology, without relying on additional systems to realize low-cost calls.

The successful launch in these four additional areas helps to further strengthen JAJAH’s reach and establish it as a powerful player in the global industry.
