Deltathree Inc., a provider of SIP-based Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions for service providers and end-users worldwide, has expanded its availability of phone numbers for inbound calls, also known as Direct Inward Dialing (DID) coverage, to an additional 24countries.

The expansion has been enabled through a solution provided by Voxbone (News - Alert), S.A., a VoIP carrier offering local phone numbers and toll-free numbers across the globe.

Service providers and consumers of deltathree will now be able to take advantage of a DID network encompassing five continents.

Through Voxbone’s world wide solution deltathree’s reach will be broadened to Southand Central America, Asia and Eastern Europe. The clients of deltathree will now have access to DIDs in highly industrial countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Turkey and Poland.

Deltathree is already established in the United States, Western Europe, Israel, South Korea and Australia.

With this extended coverage, their clients have a selection of DIDs spanning five continents to offer their customers, which enhances their value proposition, and gives the end-user a greater degree of freedom to more closely relate to the region he or she prefers.

Clients of deltathree’s Hosted Consumer VoIP Solution, a comprehensive, customizable turnkey response to service providers looking to launch their own VoIP offering with minimal investment and speedy deployment, can now offer their customers this wider scope of DID numbers in conjunction with their VoIP service.

Deltathree’s global consumer brand, iConnectHere, which offers consumers VoIP service, price plans, features and support will also benefit from this expansion. Aligning with iConnectHere's international growth strategy, the incorporation of Voxbone’s service will allow for reduced rates and provide an enhanced experience.
