National Title Network Deploys Whaleback Systems' Managed Voice Service
By Anshu Shrivastava, TMCnet Contributor
National Title Network said it has deployed Whaleback Systems’ managed voice service for its office headquarters in Oldsmar, Florida.
Using CrystalBlue Voice, NTN said that it has upgraded its telephony system to a “state-of-the-art” solution with the latest productivity enhancing communications features that reduces telecom costs.
A managed voice over Internet protocol service, CrystalBlue Voice is considered to be ideal for businesses that blend the quality of an on-premise IP-private branch exchange (PBX) with the “savings” and “reliability” of a hosted VoIP service, according to Whaleback Systems (News - Alert).
This makes feature-rich IP technology affordable for small businesses that require between 5 and 500 phone stations. The managed business-class phone service from Whaleback is delivered over the advanced fiber optic network from Bright House Networks.
Traditional carrier service or IP-PBX (News - Alert) takes months to provision, install, and activate, while CrystalBlue Voice service was deployed within a matter of days for NTN, said officials.
Whaleback's solution in combination with the high capacity fiber network from Bright House provides NTN with the flexibility to scale its phone system on a station-to-station basis while maintaining a predictable monthly bill.
NTN’s senior executives and general staff now have access to a phone system that has the latest productivity enhancing features such as unified messaging, said officials.
“CrystalBlue Voice is extremely flexible and offers far better cost control than a traditional PBX with far more features,” said Kevin Mazur CIO at NTN.
David Zwicker of Whaleback Systems noted that growing companies like NTN need to demonstrate business-class service, and that extends to their communication systems-yet they can't afford the risk of skyrocketing telecom expenses.
And, he said that particularly when a business must adapt to the changing conditions of the market and rapidly staff up or down its services; it’s hard to keep expenses under control.
“With CrystalBlue Voice, companies like National Title Network benefit from a state-of-the-art telephony solution that is designed to ensure highly reliability and cost certainty,” he added.
Whaleback Systems is a Managed Voice Provider and a developer of the first business phone solution built from the ground up for broadband.
In June, the company announced that it has added DJJ Technologies as a member of its MVP Partner Program, which is designed to interconnect value added resellers (VARs), network integrators and IT services companies to deliver managed voice services.
