By Divya Narain, TMCnet Contributor
Integrated Research has reportedly introduced new VoIP monitoring resources for qualified Avaya (News - Alert) Business Partners. All Avaya Business Partners can use the resources, which include lead generation, joint selling, marketing collateral, demonstration software, and training, to sell and deploy VoIP management solutions on site. The resources can also be used to provide remote managed services.
VoIP monitoring offers a range of benefits including service reliability, lower cost of operations, reduced time to repair, proactive issue resolution, improved call quality, and faster ROI from IPT projects through better-managed rollout and capacity planning.
“VoIP communications reduce costs if they are deployed and managed correctly. Integrated Research (News - Alert) has provided a comprehensive solution that is important to our customers because it ensures the performance of their VoIP systems,” said David Lover, chief technology officer of Cross Telecom, an Avaya premier, National Platinum Business Partner. “The resources that Integrated Research provides will allow us to protect our customers.”
Prognosis (News - Alert) is the flagship VoIP monitor from Integrated Research. It is an effective tool for deploying and managing a voice over IP communications system. It includes features such as system availability, utilization, real time and historical reporting and deep diagnostics.
Integrated Research and Avaya entered into a distribution agreement earlier this year, with Avaya agreeing to provide Prognosis voice quality monitoring solutions for its customers worldwide.
“Premier communications solutions partners around the world qualify to become Avaya partners. We are supporting the business partners that Avaya has chosen by providing a partnership program with extensive resources to help our partners drive revenue,” said President of Integrated Research Americas Andre Cuenin.
An undisputed leader in enterprise communications systems, Avaya has a proven track record in providing unified communications, contact centers, and related services to organizations across the globe. Over a million enterprises globally, including most of the Fortune 500 have reportedly, have deployed Avaya’s Intelligent Communications solutions for IP telephony, unified communications, contact centers and communications-enabled business processes.
