All My Sons Moving & Storage Leverages Unified360's VoIP & Cisco's UC Enhancing Operations

Unified 360 reportedly announced that All My Sons Moving & Storage, a Dallas based moving company operating in 23 states all across the nation, has recently debuted solution improvements that combines its VoIP offering with Cisco’s Unified Communications (News - Alert) technology in a strategic and planned effort to provide customers and staff with enhanced business development and operational options.
"With the Cisco (News - Alert) solution delivered by Unified360, we have realized significant cost savings," said Ormando Gomez, chief financial officer for All My Sons Moving & Storage. "However, the real value of the solution is in the growth we have begun realizing which allows us to respond to Internet leads much faster."
Officials at All My Sons Moving & Storage claim that Unified360 has been their Internet based communications partner and service provider since early 2008 with a clear mandate to improve their revenues by being able to better track and manage the results of their advertising nationwide, and take their customer satisfaction and experience to new levels to gain customer loyalty.

"We have been fortunate to have learned and grown with them by unifying their offices as well as their communications ranging from phone calls, voice mail messages, emails, Internet leads, faxes, and web chat. United360 claimed that initially it was merely just another vendor with a reasonable knowledge of All My Sons Moving & Storage business strategy, operations and logistics. The asset movement company has reportedly acknowledged that Unitfied360 quickly established itself as a value add partner by offering cost effective and scalable solutions that rapidly brought in visible profits and easily manageable business expansion models.
The company said that it now manages communications and operational solutions in all 40 offices of All My Sons Moving & Storage across the nation, and has helped them respond with hardly any lag to any customer query that may include asset tracking status.
Recently, Unified360 reportedly made a significant upgrade to Baylor Surgical Hospital at Fort Worth, Texas. The enhancements included deployment of Cisco’s communications platform in the hospital. In addition, Unified360’s solutions also helped the hospital to reduce monthly telecom expenses by $3,311 per month.
In the second week of August, Unified360 reportedly launched their suite of managed services including e-mail security, hosted exchange service, Web security, message continuity, remote monitoring, and global N.O.C. services.
