Velaro Announces Integration with Aptela

Velaro Inc., a provider of Click-to-Chat and Click-to-Call software, has reportedly announced an agreement to integrate Velaro’s Click-to-Call Software as a Service with Aptela’s hosted phone service.
The integration is expected to benefit small and medium-sized commercial enterprises by letting them use either of the tools or both the tools while attending enquiries of the clients.
“This partnership is an incredible value for Velaro customers. By joining forces with the leading SMB hosted VoIP phone service provider, we are able to offer online businesses a streamlined resource that utilizes their existing telephony infrastructure,” said Alex Bloom (News - Alert), president of Velaro. “Together we are assisting online merchants in realizing potential revenue from every web site visitor.”
Valero’s Click-to-Call is a fully featured live chat service bundled with Velaro’s work flow potentials which include auto routing, agent grading and sales decrees. The benchmarked pre-call and post-call surveys included in Click-to-Call are designed to benefit the business enterprises to identify the efficiency of their agents.
Most of the companies engaged in online businesses consider Click-to-Call as criterion for online transactions. To further ease business requirements of the users, Valero is currently collaborating with the main commercial VoIP service provider Aptela.

The integration will enable Click-to-Call to provide an optional mode to its clients to interact with online users. Velaro’s Click-to-Call fully integrated with Aptela’s hosted VoIP phone service will allow any online users to get connected to a trained agent at the click of a button.
Velaro a recipient of several independently qualified chat awards guarantee 99.98 percent uptime for the service. Currently the solutions offered by Velaro are used by companies such as LG Electronics (News - Alert), Blue Cross Blue Shield, MarketStar, Experian, Toro and Epicor.
