OneNeck Enters into a Five Year Contract with Naumann/Hobbs

OneNeck, a premier enterprise hosting and managed services provider, has announced that it has entered into a five-year IT managed services contract with Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling.

Naumann/Hobbs is the Southwest's oldest and largest provider of material handling equipment and services. They have been selling, renting, servicing and supporting forklifts, industrial carts, industrial sweepers and scrubbers, aerial lifts, and boom lifts since 1949.

As per the provisions in the contract, OneNeck would undertake to provide application and operating systems  administration, network management, and round the clock support for all its locations in the United States and Mexico.

Its hardened data center facility with a 99.9 percent uptime SLA  has made OneNeck distinguish itself from other service providers, which host and manage IT infrastructure.

'When evaluating service providers OneNeck distinguished themselves with their ability to provide exceptional uptime and availability for our IT environment,' Bryan Armstrong, CEO of Naumann/Hobbs Material Handling, said.

Armstrong added that the service arrangement with OneNeck would reduce the company's overall IT costs and would ensure that the operations were always up and running.

Chuck Vermillion, CEO, OneNeck IT services expressed his delight and welcomed Naumann/Hobbs into the OneNeck family as its newest customer. Vermillion was confident that the talented team at OneNeck would increase service levels and stabilize the IT environment allowing Naumann/Hobbs to focus on providing the best services to its customers.

In a related news release, OneNeck IT Services announced a contract with HelioVolt Corporation to provide Oracle (News - Alert) hosting and management services to HelioVolt while also supporting a majority of their IT environment. Specific services.
