cyLogistics (News - Alert) has released Version 2.0 of its TrueBill billing solution for Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSP), LECs, CLECs & cable companies.

"With this release, we have introduced the next generation of Telephony Billing that is VoIP

"This release currently has 28 modules that allow the VoIP Telephony provider to pick and choose the features they would like to support and offer to their customers. According to the company, some of the services TrueBill can enable for telephony providers include:Pre-Paid (News - Alert), Post-Paid, Real-time, Taxes, Voice over IP

, IP Centrex, Click-to-Talk, IP Television, Video Calling, Digital Video Recording, Ringtones & Ringback Tones, Music Downloads, Push-to-Talk, Wireless VoIP, Mobile Video, Game Downloads, Multimedia Messaging, Video On-demand and many more.

VoIP Telephony providers can now add service features easily. For example, a provider can bill for IVR

advertising messages inserted on lines while someone is on hold. The TrueBill solution is flexible allowing for the more innovative technology being developed daily for the delivery of voice and data to the consumer. TrueBill enables the process of delivering new technology to the consumer to happen faster.

TrueBill Version 2.0 is a Linux Based solution that utilizes the PostgreSQL. The following architectural components allow ease of integration for new technology: Mediation Engine, Charging and Rating Engine, Billing Engine, Provisioning Application, Reporting Application, CRM Portal, WBS/SOAP Development APIs, RDBMS (The heart of the system). As a result of the design, VoIP telephony providers now have a cost effective billing solution that will allow them to be more competitive."

cyLogistics will provide customized installation services for either license purchases or for ASP hosted service eliminating the complex installation task for the telephony provider.
