TallyGenicom, a leading provider of focussed business printers, today
announced that it will be launching four new additions to its dot
matrix printer family in February. The new additions include the high
speed 2365 MC, 2380, LA48N and LA48W printers. Each of the printers is
designed to deliver mission critical documents in the most extreme
conditions seen in today's warehouse and finance environments.
The 2365 MC is the ideal solution for organisations looking to easily
process heavy workloads. It is capable of processing forms with up to
nine parts, perfect for logistics and industry operations where
multiple forms are used for various vital and time sensitive
operations, such as invoicing and the production of delivery notes. The
2380 is capable of print speeds of 1000 characters per second (cps) and
can process up to 50,000 pages per month. TallyGenicom has also
improved the print head life within the printers, to ensure continuous
printing for high availability applications at low running costs.
The LA48W and LA48N are capable of high print speeds and so are best
suited to applications that are vital for the day-to-day running of a
business. The LA48W will reach print speeds of 448 characters per
second (cps) with the LA48N offering 400. Both models are true
workhorses, designed for a broad spectrum of applications and specially
optimised for the DEC environments. The LA48W and LA48N also support
DEC ANSI, IBM ProPrinter X24E and Epson ESC/P2 emulations
